چکیده

Grant-free sparse code multiple access (GF-SCMA) is considered to be a promising candidate for future wireless networks. In this article, we focus on characterizing the performance of uplink GF-SCMA schemes in network with ubiquitous connections, such as Internet-of-Things (IoT) To provide tractable approach evaluate GF-SCMA, first develop theoretical model taking into account property multiuser detection (MUD) SCMA system. Then, error rate case codebook collision analyzed investigate reliability when reusing massive IoT For evaluation, accurate approximations both success probability and average symbol (ASEP) are derived. elaborate further, analytical results utilized discuss impact codeword degree GF-SCMA. After that, conduct comparative study between its variant, dense (DCMA), GF transmission offer insights effectiveness these two schemes. This facilitates system design practical implementation. Simulation show that denser codebooks can help support more user equipments (UEs) increase data network. Moreover, higher achieved by UE deployment at low thresholds since achieve overloading gain.

Grant-free Radio Access IoT Networks: Scalability Analysis in Coexistence Scenarios

IoT networks with grant-free radio access, like SigFox and LoRa, offer low-cost durable communications over unlicensed band. These networks are becoming more and more popular due to the ever-increasing need for ultra durable, in terms of battery lifetime, IoT networks. Most studies evaluate the system performance assuming single radio access technology deployment. In this paper, we study the im...

Hybrid Multiple Access for Uplink OFDMA System

We propose a hybrid multiple access (HMA) for uplink orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) systems, which combines two resource sharing schemes: a scheduling-based resource allocation (SBRA) scheme and a contentionbased resource allocation (CBRA) scheme. The SBRA scheme is appropriate for non-real time high data rate traffic, and, CBRA is appropriate for near-real time low/mediu...

Neural Network-Based Receiver for Uplink Multiuser Code Division Multiple Access Communication System

In this paper, the uplink multiuser code division multiple access (CDMA) communication system model is described in the form of space-time domain through antenna array and multipath fading expression. Novel suitable neural network technique is proposed as an effective signal processing method for the receiver of such an uplink multiuser CDMA system. By the appropriate choice of the channel stat...

Grant-free Multiple Access for Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communications in a Large-Scale Antenna System

In this paper, a grant-free multiple access scheme is proposed for ultra-reliable low-latency communications (URLLC) in a large-scale antenna system. The proposed scheme is designed for URLLC with sporadic uplink traffic characteristics and a statistically delay-optimal resource allocation is performed at the time of each user’s service negotiation. According to the resource allocation, the fra...
